FAQs

  • How long is the programme?

    To make significant longer term changes your programme is for a minimum of 12 weeks. After that you can renew or automatically go onto a monthly subscription that you can cancel with 30days notice.

  • How do I pay?

    Prior to starting your training you will receive an invoice where payment must be made before your first session commences and is non refundable. 30days notice is needed before you end your programme.

  • How frequent do I need to train?

    In order to maximise your results and progress yor fitness you will need to train with me weekly 1-3 times per week

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    No... You can train with me at UNTIL in one of three locations Soho, Liverpool St or Marylebone which requires no membership.
